Teagan Lewer

Ebb & Flow focuses on the wellbeing of mothers during the ups and downs of infant feeding. There is currently an over-promotion of breastfeeding that creates unrealistic expectations for mothers, negatively affecting their mental health. My project aims to provide mothers with the tools to create a more positive feeding experience. It does this through realistic expectations and encouraging a positive outlook on the journey through reflection.
