Tall poppy syndrome holds many individuals back from reaching their full potential, especially male design students. ‘That’s All Good’ is a club for these students, where interactive tools generate random design outputs which they quickly respond to. These tools encourage relationship building, skill sharing, and increase confidence in a safe, judgment free environment. By creating a community, these students are encouraged to be supportive rather than critical.
