Bachelor of Design with Honours

The Fossick is an independent seasonal journal exploring a more responsible, transparent food culture through foraging, living with the seasons and sharing knowledge with each other. This journal and website will show an alternative to today’s industrialised, capitalist food culture. The Fossick will educate readers on wild kai in Pōneke and Aotearoa, providing a subjective guide on how to identify and cook these ingredients; highlighting and encouraging respect for the natural environment.
