Master of Design
Smell has a great influence on how we feel, as well as how we come to know and understand place relative to the outside world. This Master of Design research project centres on the visual mapping of smell with regard to Wellington’s Cuba Street. The four maps (3503mm x 363 mm) are designed to visually represent the research journey and sensory experience, and thereby provide the audience with a new perspective and understanding of that iconic street.
