MyGrow Greens is a self-sustaining microgreens and herbs unit for a restaurant or cafe setting. Using aeroponic technology to use up to 98% less water than traditional horticulture methods, with the addition of using 100% biodegradable wool growing mat. The system is modular to suit any size requirement, producing approximately 70 plates per day, per growing tray.
The unit is crafted from 20mm copper irrigation tubing, injection moulded RPET and vacuum formed polyurethane.
