Bachelor of Design with Honours
Inspired by the Earthly process of decay, my collection serves to draw introspective thought into humankind’s relationship with the natural world. Embodying the concept of Wabi Sabi, my garments are designed with imperfection and tranquillity in mind. Subtlety is key, with whites and off-whites used alongside sheer and delicate fabrics for the feeling of balanced asymmetry. Natural materials and zero waste pattern-making techniques combine for a biodegradable, minimal waste collection.
