“A little less bridal” explores the extent of history that surrounds the western white wedding, and the standardisation of the wedding dress as we know it today. It challenges the bridal aesthetic through colour and versatility.
My collection aims to provide contemporary pieces for the modern bride, with garments that can be worn more than once to other occasions. Soft pastel colours are paired with subtle aspects of embroidery and embellishment.
