Ethan Seddon-Cope

Left Alone is a coming of age series about a reserved teenage boy who must learn to survive in apocalyptic New Zealand whilst trying to find his way back home after being abandoned by his mother. It is really a story about Thomas's journey to understand if his identity is something that is pre-determined or if it something he can build and reshape as he grows.

In my role as Editor for Left Alone, I assembled and managed footage, cut clips together, applied effects, and helped to resolve technical issues. During my time at Massey, I've immersed in the film editing process. Editing for me is like a puzzle; it's very rewarding when the pieces fall into place.
